Upon entering, you enter directly into the living room, which has a comfortable sofa convertible into a bed and TV. This space connects to a small but perfectly equipped kitchen, which includes a table for four people, ideal for enjoying meals at home. From the living room, an elegant wooden sliding door leads to the master bedroom, which includes an en-suite bathroom.

The apartment is equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioning (AC) and Wi-Fi connection, ensuring a pleasant stay all year round.

Location of the flat

This central street owes its name to the poplars that were planted on both sides in the fifteenth century. One of its sidewalks was delimited by the old wall that surrounded the city and its moat, historical vestiges that can still be admired in other parts of Malaga. After a recent renovation, this street has recovered its historical essence as part of the route of the walled enclosure, starting at the lively Calle Carretería and ending at the emblematic Plaza de la Merced, home of the Museo Casa Natal de Picasso.

  • Smoking is not allowed

  • No noise is allowed after 23:00

Any breach by guests of the rules of conduct or repeated complaints received, guests are required to pay a penalty which will be deducted from the deposit previously paid, with the possibility of cancellation of the reservation.
Please note that all guests (regardless of age) must complete the legal registration form Order INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you will be asked to indicate the type of family relationship. Failure to comply with the above order will be formal grounds for denial of access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.

Cleaning service

Bed linen and towels can be changed for stays longer than 7 days at an additional cost of 40,00€.

Additional cleaning service at a cost of 20,00€/hour.

Cancellation policy

Standard rate with free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Non-refundable rate with 10% discount and without cancellation.
