The studio is located in Calle La Colina 10, one of the most pleasant and well communicated areas of Torremolinos.

La Colina is a quiet neighborhood, with large green areas, restaurants, supermarkets and train station with direct connection to the center of Torremolinos, Málaga and the airport. Its strategic location makes it the perfect place for those looking for relaxation, comfort and easy access to everything.

During your stay at La Colina you can enjoy all that the Costa del Sol has to offer. A few minutes away you will find Los Alamos beach, perfect for relaxing in the sun or practicing water sports. On the promenade you can enjoy the liveliest beach bars and beach clubs in the area. If you feel like exploring, the center of Torremolinos and the charming neighborhood of La Carihuela are just a few minutes away by train, with traditional stores, bars and restaurants. You can also visit the Parque de la Batería, with its lake and viewpoints, or head to Málaga city, just 20 minutes away, to discover its historic center, museums and authentic Mediterranean atmosphere.

Any breach by guests of the rules of conduct or repeated complaints received, guests are required to pay a penalty which will be deducted from the deposit previously paid, with the possibility of cancellation of the reservation.
Please note that all guests (regardless of age) must complete the legal registration form Order INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you will be asked to indicate the type of family relationship. Failure to comply with the above order will be formal grounds for denial of access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.

Cleaning service

Bed linen and towels can be changed for stays longer than 7 days at an additional cost of 40,00€.

Additional cleaning service at a cost of 20,00€/hour.

Cancellation policy

Standard rate with free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Non-refundable rate with 10% discount and without cancellation.
