Casa Chiara is a beautiful and unique flat located on the third floor of a building with a lift. A double-height flat connected by a designer staircase, perfect for the most intrepid. The access of the apartment is from the kitchen that is equipped with all the essentials to prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a bathroom with shower, a large main room with dining area for four people, a sitting area with a comfortable double bed, TV and air conditioning. Two balconies overlooking the street allow you to enjoy the sun and the views over calle Capitán. The wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, a large attic room with two windows that allow airing. This room has a double bed.

Location of the flat
Located just 3 minutes walk from Plaza de la Constitución and the emblematic calle Larios, a main and elegant street, known as a meeting point for the people of Málaga. Always lively, full of shops, businesses and a centre for celebrations. You will be able to walk to all the most interesting places in the city, while you discover its patios, alleys, squares and enjoy the gastronomy of Málaga.
About 7 minutes walk from the Catedral, 7 minutes from Plaza de Merced, where the museum and Picasso’s birthplace are located and 4 minutes from the Teatro Romano. The Playa de la Malagueta is 20 minutes away, a walk between streets and across the parque de la Alameda.

Check-out: 9:30 – 11:00 h
Any breach by guests of the rules of conduct or repeated complaints received will result in guests being required to pay a penalty, which will be deducted from the deposit paid in advance, with the possibility of cancellation of the booking.
Please note that all guests (regardless of age) must complete the legal registration form Order INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When travelling with a minor, you will be asked to indicate the type of family relationship. Failure to comply with the above order will be formal grounds for denying access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.
Cleaning service
Bed linen and towels can be changed for stays longer than 7 days at an additional cost of €40,00.
Additional cleaning service available at a cost of €20,00 per hour.
Cancellation policy
Standard rate with free cancellation up to 14 days before the guest’s arrival.
Non-refundable rate with a 10% discount and no cancellation.
