La calle Plaza de Toros Vieja is one of the central streets of the city of Málaga whose name derives from the presence in the past of a bullring very close to the Convento del Carmen. Today, after the transformation of the area into a residential area, it is a street where you can find offices, shops and services of all kinds. The airport (Aeropuerto de Málaga-Costa del Sol) is 7 km away.

Any breach by guests of the rules of conduct or repeated complaints received will result in guests being required to pay a penalty, which will be deducted from the deposit paid in advance, with the possibility of cancellation of the booking.
Please note that all guests (regardless of age) must complete the legal registration form Order INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When travelling with a minor, you will be asked to indicate the type of family relationship. Failure to comply with the above order will be formal grounds for denying access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.
Cleaning service
Bed linen and towels can be changed for stays longer than 7 days at an additional cost of €40.
Additional cleaning service available at a cost of €20 per hour.
Cancellation policy
Standard rate with free cancellation up to 14 days before the guest’s arrival.
Non-refundable rate with a 10% discount and no cancellation.
