Description of the flat

This cozy loft with its own personality is the result of the transformation of an old commercial space into a modern, comfortable and charming space. Its open design, natural light and the use of warm materials create a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the city.

It has a bedroom with double bed, sofa bed, air conditioning and a modern bathroom with shower. The kitchen, fully equipped with oven, washer-dryer and microwave (but no dishwasher), is perfect for preparing meals at home. You will also find a dining area for six people and a cozy living room with Smart TV, ideal for enjoying some quiet time.

With capacity for three people, it is a perfect option for couples, small families or groups looking to feel at home during their stay in Málaga.

Location of the flat

Located in the neighborhood of Las Delicias, just 10 minutes walk from the Playa de la Misericordia and the Paseo Marítimo Antonio Banderas, this accommodation allows you to enjoy an authentic Málaga environment, well connected and with a lot of local flavor.

Check-out: 9:30 – 11:00 hours

  • Animals are not allowed

  • Smoking is not allowed

  • No noise is allowed after 23:00

Any breach by guests of the rules of conduct or repeated complaints received, guests are required to pay a penalty which will be deducted from the deposit previously paid, with the possibility of cancellation of the reservation.
Please note that all guests (regardless of age) must complete the legal registration form Order INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you will be asked to indicate the type of family relationship. Failure to comply with the above order will be formal grounds for denial of access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.

Cleaning service

Bed linen and towels can be changed for stays longer than 7 days at an additional cost of 40,00€.

Additional cleaning service at a cost of 20,00€/hour.

Cancellation policy

Standard rate with free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Non-refundable rate with 10% discount and without cancellation.
