It has a double bed, bathroom with shower and a compact but fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing light meals. It also has air conditioning, washer/dryer and complimentary amenities for your comfort.

A large window that occupies the entire facade fills the main space and the bedroom with natural light, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. For those who prefer more privacy or total relaxation, the studio has opaque blinds that guarantee darkness and tranquility.

The building also offers a seasonal community pool, ideal for cooling off and relaxing after a day at the beach or to enjoy the Torremolinos sun.

Location of the flat

The center of Torremolinos is one of the liveliest and most charming areas of the Costa del Sol. Here you will find a perfect mix of local life, leisure and beach. Its pedestrian streets, such as San Miguel, are full of stores, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the authentic Andalusian atmosphere.

A few minutes walk away are some of the most popular beaches, such as El Bajondillo and La Carihuela, known for their golden sand and famous beach bars by the sea.

In addition, Torremolinos has excellent connections: train station to Malaga and the airport, bus stops and easy access on foot to all points of interest. You can also visit emblematic places such as La Casa de los Navajas, the Paseo Marítimo or the Parque de la Batería, with its gardens and panoramic views.

  • No noise is allowed after 23:00

Any breach by guests of the rules of conduct or repeated complaints received, guests are required to pay a penalty which will be deducted from the deposit previously paid, with the possibility of cancellation of the reservation.
Please note that all guests (regardless of age) must complete the legal registration form Order INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you will be asked to indicate the type of family relationship. Failure to comply with the above order will be formal grounds for denial of access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.

Cleaning service

Bed linen and towels can be changed for stays longer than 7 days at an additional cost of 40,00€.

Additional cleaning service at a cost of 20,00€/hour.

Cancellation policy

Standard rate with free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Non-refundable rate with 10% discount and without cancellation.
