From El Molinillo you can walk in 10 minutes to the Museo Carmen Thyssen, the Catedral de Málaga, Calle Larios and the vibrant Mercado de Atarazanas. A little further on you will find the Plaza de la Merced, the Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba, the Teatro Romano and the Castillo de Gibralfaro, all within walking distance from your accommodation without the need for transportation.

Alderete is a cozy and bright apartment of 80 m² located on a fifth floor with 2 elevators in the central barrio del Molinillo. An ideal accommodation to enjoy the city in comfort and style.

It has three comfortable rooms perfect for families, groups of friends or business trips. A very practical kitchen with everything you need for breakfast and meals, and a bathroom equipped with shower, towels and basic products for a carefree stay.

The living room, cozy and bright, is the soul of this house equipped with a large and comfortable sofa and a dining table for 6 people, ideal for sharing your meals. From the living room there is access to the balcony that provides ventilation and natural light and allows you to enjoy a coffee with privileged views of the historic rooftops and the cathedral in the background.

In essence, the neighborhood of El Molinillo was born as a peripheral area of the old wall of Málaga, linked to orchards and oil mills along the río Guadalmedina and today retains historical elements that speak of its industrial-agricultural past (the mills). Among its narrow and lively streets is one of its great treasures: the Museo Jorge Rando. A few meters away, the Iglesia de San Felipe Neri, a baroque temple from the 18th century, also stands out.

The neighborhood is also very close to the Mercado de Salamanca, a neo-Mudejar style building built in 1925, less touristic than other markets, but ideal for buying fresh produce or simply observing the daily rhythm of the locals.

El Molinillo is also a perfect starting point to visit the Soho area, the CAC Málaga or even reach the playa de La Malagueta taking a pleasant walk of about 25 minutes.

Well connected by public transport and with all the necessary services at hand, the Molinillo offers an authentic experience for those who want to discover the closest, liveliest and most cultural Málaga.

  • No noise is allowed after 23:00

Any breach by guests of the rules of conduct or repeated complaints received, guests are required to pay a penalty which will be deducted from the deposit previously paid, with the possibility of cancellation of the reservation.
Please note that all guests (regardless of age) must complete the legal registration form Order INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you will be asked to indicate the type of family relationship. Failure to comply with the above order will be formal grounds for denial of access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.

Cleaning service

Bed linen and towels can be changed for stays longer than 7 days at an additional cost of 60,00€.

Additional cleaning service at a cost of 20,00€/hour.

Cancellation policy

Standard rate with free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Non-refundable rate with 10% discount and without cancellation.
