Calle Gigantes takes its name from one of the gates that opened in the ancient walls surrounding the Arab city. It was located between the puertas de Atarazanas and the Torre Gorda. Characterized by its narrow streets and unique buildings, the neighborhood of La Goleta houses special tourist attractions such as the Sala María Cristina, the Museo Jorge Rando and the Museo del Vino, as well as the Convento de San José de las Carmelitas Descalzas.

  • Smoking is not allowed

  • No noise is allowed after 23:00 h

Any breach by guests of the rules of conduct or repeated complaints received will result in guests being required to pay a penalty, which will be deducted from the deposit paid in advance, with the possibility of cancellation of the booking.

Please note that all guests (regardless of age) must complete the legal registration form Order INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When travelling with a minor, you will be asked to indicate the type of family relationship. Failure to comply with the above order will be formal grounds for denying access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.

Cleaning service

Bed linen and towels can be changed for stays longer than 7 days at an additional cost of €60.

Additional cleaning service available at a cost of €20 per hour.

Cancellation policy

Standard rate with free cancellation up to 14 days before the guest’s arrival.
Non-refundable rate with a 10% discount and no cancellation.
