STUDIO WITH COMMUNAL POOL IDEAL FOR EXPLORING THE HISTORIC CENTRE

Situated on the popular calle Carretería, this street offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. Thanks to its recent renovation, it has become a thoroughfare of approximately half a kilometre that encircles the old town.

This beautiful 40 m² studio is located on the first floor with lift of an elegant building with a large inner courtyard and balcony. Its modern furnishings with a touch of elegance make it a cosy and classy place to stay. You will find a large open-plan space with high ceilings and a designer 3-seater sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and offers everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. It also has a practical layout with a central dining table with chairs, perfect for enjoying a romantic lunch or dinner, a double bed and a beautiful bathroom with shower. It has air conditioning and ducted heating. Finally, Studio Gálvez enjoys a communal swimming pool and sunbathing area on the top floor of the building, with spectacular views of the city’s rooftops and churches that cannot be missed in daylight or at night.

La calle Carretería connects el Pasillo de Santa Isabel with la calle Álamos, which leads to the Plaza de la Merced. At the beginning of this street there is the Tribuna de los Pobres, a privileged place to watch the religious processions of Semana Santa malagueña. Its name ‘Carretería’ derives from the obligatory passage of carts and stagecoaches in ancient times and was built over the moat that surrounded the city, the remains of whose Arab walls (14th and 15th centuries) are still visible.

Any breach by guests of the rules of conduct or repeated complaints received will result in guests being required to pay a penalty, which will be deducted from the deposit paid in advance, with the possibility of cancellation of the booking.

Please note that all guests (regardless of age) must complete the legal registration form Order INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When travelling with a minor, you will be asked to indicate the type of family relationship. Failure to comply with the above order will be formal grounds for denying access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.

Bed linen and towels can be changed for stays longer than 7 days at an additional cost of €40,00.

Additional cleaning service available at a cost of €20,00 per hour.
