The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay and has a laundry area.

Historically, La Malagueta was an old port and fishing area that, over time, was transformed into an elegant residential neighborhood facing the sea. Today it retains that seafaring spirit, mixed with the sophistication of its cafes, terraces and views of the Mediterranean.

The historic center, Muelle Uno, Plaza de Toros and some of the most important museums, such as the Centre Pompidou Málaga or the Picasso Museum, are just a few minutes walk away.

  • Smoking is not allowed

  • No noise is allowed after 23:00

Any breach by guests of the rules of conduct or repeated complaints received, guests are required to pay a penalty which will be deducted from the deposit previously paid, with the possibility of cancellation of the reservation.
Please note that all guests (regardless of age) must complete the legal registration form Order INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you will be asked to indicate the type of family relationship. Failure to comply with the above order will be formal grounds for denial of access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.

Cleaning service

Bed linen and towels can be changed for stays longer than 7 days at an additional cost of 60,00€.

Additional cleaning service at a cost of 20,00€/hour.

Cancellation policy

Standard rate with free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Non-refundable rate with 10% discount and without cancellation.
